Terms of Use for Repair of Product

The Services constitute a technology platform that connects users of Cashify ScreenPro (“Manak Waste Management Pvt Ltd) mobile applications or websites provided as part of the Services (each, an "Application") who are seeking gadget (Phones, tablet, Laptop etc) repair by trained professionals. Under agreement with Cashify ScreenPro. The Services are made available solely for your personal/ non-commercial use unless agreed otherwise, in writing in a separate agreement with you.

Payment For Services

You understand and agree that usage of the Services may result in payments by you for the services you receive from us ("Charges"). After you have received services, Cashify ScreenPro will facilitate payment of the applicable Charges on behalf of the Third Party Professional, solely as the Third Party Professional's limited payment collection agent, using the preferred payment method you have designated while initiating or modifying your Account, and will send you a receipt vide email at the end of each session. By utilizing the Services, it is understood and agreed that payment of the Charges in such manner shall be considered the same as payment made directly by you to us. Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes whosesoever required by law. Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Cashify ScreenPro in its sole discretion. While you do retain the right to request lower Charges from us for services received by you from us at the time you receive such services from us, Cashify ScreenPro will respond accordingly to any request from us to modify the Charges for a particular service.

You understand and agree that
(i) all Charges are due immediately and
(ii) payment will be facilitated by Cashify ScreenPro using the preferred payment method you have designated while initiating or modifying your Account. If your primary account payment method is determined to not able to be charged for any reason whatsoever, you agree that Cashify ScreenPro may, as the Third Party Professional's limited payment collection agent, use a secondary payment method in your account, if available.

Cashify ScreenPro reserves the right to establish, remove and/or revise Charges for any or all aspects of the Services at any time at Cashify ScreenPro' sole discretion. Cashify ScreenPro will use reasonable efforts to inform you of Charges that may apply, provided that you will be responsible for Charges incurred under your account regardless of your awareness of such Charges or the amounts thereof. We may from time to time provide certain users with promotional offers and discounts that may result in different Charges for the same or similar Services, and you agree that such promotional offers and discounts, unless also made available to you, shall have no bearing on your use of the Services or the Charges applied to you. You may choose to cancel your request for Services from us at any time.

Repair Clauses for iOS users:

1. We do not necessarily use original Apple parts to repair the phone.

2. Please note that repairing your phone on Cashify ScreenPro will void the Apple warranty.


We provide a 6 months warranty on every screen replacement under the following conditions

  • Any display issues that may arise without any manual intervention and are related to the screen quality specifically dead pixels, discoloration, visible lines and touch issues.

    Warranty is not applicable under the below conditions-

  • We do not cover any kind of accidental damage and our warranty stands null and void in all such related cases. Direct damage or damages caused as a consequence of accidents will not be covered under the warranty.
  • Subsequent mishandling that causes the frame to bend, twist, or crack will not be entertained.
  • Subsequent accidental or purposeful drops
  • Water damage
  • Tampering with internal hardware
  • Damage resulting from attempted customer self-repairs
  • Software issues unrelated to the repair
  • Jail-broken devices
  • New damages unrelated to the original repair
  • Any loss of data occurring as a result of the repair - customers are advised to back up all data prior to the repair attempt.

    Our warranty also does not cover the outcome of a repair if certain pre-repair conditions exist, including:

  • Existence of known manufacturing and/or performance issues related to the device separate from repair, as noted prior to the repair
  • Existence of damage to the device frame, as noted prior to the repair
  • Water damage
  • Jail-broken devices
  • Tampering with internal hardware: Under certain conditions, internal damage may make a repair impossible. Our specialist will be able to explain in detail upon diagnosing your specific device. If you have any doubts, we recommend that you do not attempt to repair the device on your own, as any damage may affect the reparability of your device.

***Please note-The warranty is valid only for the specific device repaired and the original customer. It is not transferable across devices or if the device is sold or handed over to another individual.
